<strong>PET\/CT\u6383\u63cf\u65b9\u6cd5<\/strong>\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u7528\u65bc\u764c\u75c7\u8a3a\u65b7\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\u5f71\u50cf\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u5e36\u4f86<sup><\/sup>\u8f3b\u5c04\u66b4\u9732\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u300c<strong>\u6709\u6548\u5291\u91cf\u4f30\u8a08<\/strong>\u300d\u4e0d\u50c5\u50c5\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6280\u8853\u8861\u91cf\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u81e8\u5e8a\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00<sup><\/sup>\u3002  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u4ecb\u7d39<sup><\/sup>\u4e86\u4f7f\u7528 18F-FDG \u548c 68Ga-PSMA \u653e\u5c04\u6027\u85e5\u7269\u78ba\u5b9a PET\/CT \u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e2d\u6709\u6548\u5291\u91cf\u7684\u6e2c\u5b9a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0d\u540c\u8edf\u4ef6\uff08OLINDA\u3001IDAC-Dose 1.0\u3001IDAC-Dose 2.1\uff09\u548c\u73fe\u4ee3\u8f3b\u5c04\u5b89\u5168\u539f\u5247\u7684\u6bd4\u8f03\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6709\u6548\u5291\u91cf\u6982\u5ff5\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u6709\u6548\u5291\u91cf\u662f\u8a08\u7b97\u96fb\u96e2\u8f3b\u5c04\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u751f\u7269<sup><\/sup>\u5b78\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u3002\u5b83\u4e0d\u50c5\u8003\u616e\u63a5\u6536\u5230\u7684\u8f3b\u5c04\u91cf\uff0c\u9084\u8003\u616e\u9019\u7a2e\u80fd\u91cf\u5982\u4f55\u5206\u914d\u5230\u54ea\u4e9b\u5668\u5b98<x id=\"gid_1\"><\/x>\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u5668\u5b98\u5c0d\u8f3b\u5c04\u7684\u654f\u611f\u6027\u4e0d\u540c<sup><\/sup>;\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u9aa8\u9ad3\u3001\u80ba\u548c\u7532\u72c0\u817a\u7b49\u7d44\u7e54\u66f4\u654f\u611f\uff0c\u800c\u76ae\u819a\u6216\u808c\u8089\u7d44\u7e54<sup><\/sup>\u5247\u66f4\u8010\u53d7\u3002  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u570b\u969b\u8f3b\u5c04\u9632\u8b77\u59d4\u54e1\u6703 \uff08<strong>ICRP\uff09<\/strong> \u5b9a\u7fa9<sup><\/sup>\u4e86\u201c<strong>\u7d44\u7e54\u52a0\u6b0a<\/strong>\u56e0\u5b50\u201d\u4f86\u5e73\u8861\u9019\u7a2e\u5dee\u7570\u3002\u6709\u6548\u5291\u91cf\u662f\u901a\u904e\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u7684\u5e6b\u52a9\u4e0b\u5c07\u6bcf\u500b\u5668\u5b98\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u7b49\u6548\u5291\u91cf\u8f49\u63db\u70ba\u4e00\u822c\u98a8\u96aa\u6e2c\u91cf\u800c\u7372\u5f97<sup><\/sup>\u7684\u3002 <\/p>\n\n<p>\u6709\u6548\u5291\u91cf\u5728\u81e8\u5e8a\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u5728\u5169\u500b\u8981\u9ede\u4e0a\u7a81\u51fa<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>\uff1a<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" \u540d\u6210\u5e74\u816b\u7624\u60a3\u8005\u7684<\/strong> PET\/CT \u6383\u63cf\u6578\u64da\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5169\u7a2e\u4e3b\u8981\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u85e5\u7269\u662f <g id=\"gid_1\">18F-FDG\uff08\u6c1f\u812b\u6c27\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\uff09<\/g> \u548c <g id=\"gid_2\">68Ga-PSMA\uff08\u524d\u5217\u817a\u7279\u7570\u6027\u819c\u6297\u539f\uff09\u3002<\/g>\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u7269\u8cea\u90fd\u901a\u904e\u975c\u8108\u6ce8\u5c04\u7d66\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u4e26\u6839\u64da\u5b83\u5011\u5c0d\u5668\u5b98\u7684\u53c3\u8207\u9075\u5faa\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u751f\u7269\u52d5\u529b\u5b78\u6a21\u578b\u3002 mSv<\/strong>\u3002<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u4e3b\u8981\u767c\u73fe\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6700\u9ad8\u5291\u91cf\u662f\u4f7f\u7528 <strong>OLINDA<\/strong> \u8edf\u4ef6\u7372\u5f97\u7684\uff0c\u6700\u4f4e\u503c\u662f\u5728 <strong>IDAC-Dose 2.1 \uff08ICRP 103\uff09 \u6a21\u578b\u4e2d<\/strong>
